Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell will
meet in a special called session on Tuesday, November 18, 1986 at 7:30
p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard,
Coppell, Texas. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following
items:

CONSENT AGENDA
Item 4: Approval of bills.
Item 5: Approval of minutes - October 28, 1986
STAFF REQUESTS
Item 6: Discussion and consideration of amending the Personnel Policy
and Procedures for the City of Coppell.
WORK SESSION
Item 7: Work session with Carl Anderson concerning update on Denton
Creek flood plain analysis.
REQUESTS AND PRESENTATIONS
Item 8: Discussion and consideration of a proposed site for the ground
storage tank.
EXECUTIVE SESSION (Closed to the public)
Item 9: Article 6252-17, Section (e) discussion with City Attorney.
A. Discussion concerning location of ground storage tank as
subject is related to negotiations for acquisition of such
site and discussion with City Attorney concerning legal
matters involving acquisition of such site.
PUBLIC SESSION (Open to the public)
Item 10: Consider action taken in regard to acquiring location for a
ground storage tank based upon matters discussed in the
Executive Session.

EMERGENCY AMENDMENT TO THE AGENDA
OF A SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS
An Emergency Amendment is hereby added to the Special Called Session of
the City Council meeting to be held at 7:30 p.m. on the 18th day of
November, 1986 in the Council Chambers at the Coppell Town Center, 255
Parkway Boulevard.

EXECUTIVE SESSION (Closed to the public)
Item 2: Article 6252-17, Section (e) discussion with City Attorney.
A. Discussion with City Attorney concerning Bethel School
Cemetery.
Item 9: Article 6252-17, Section (e) discussion with City Attorney.
B. Discussion with City Attorney on agreement with Richard
Fleming and Gene Dunham concerning easement at service
center site.
These items are added to the above mentioned agenda as emergency items.
This matter came to the attention of the City after posting the original
agenda and requires action prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting
of the City Council.
