Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell will
meet in a special called session on Tuesday, November 4, 1986 at 7:30
p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard,
Coppell, Texas. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following

plan for the City of Coppell.
STAFF REQUESTS
Item 6: Review and consider fees for professional services for the
Denton Tap Road Paving Improvement Project from Beltline Road
to Sandy Lake Road (Ginn, Inc.) and approval of payment.

EMERGENCY AMENDMENT TO THE AGENDA
OF A REGULAR CALLED MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS
An Emergency Amendment is hereby added to the Regular Called Session of
the City Council meeting to be held at 7:30 p.m. on the 4th day of
November, 1986 in the Council Chambers at the Coppell Town Center, 255
Parkway Boulevard.

Item 9: Article 6252-17, Section (e) discussion with City Attorney.
B. Discussion concerning proposed agreement with the City of
Carrollton concerning animal shelter.
CONTRACTS (Open to the public)
Item 11: Discussion and consideration of a proposed agreement with the
City of Carrollton for use of their animal shelter and
authorizing the Mayor to sign.
This item is added to the above mentioned agenda as an emergency item.
This matter came to the attention of the City after posting the original
agenda and requires action prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting
of the City Council.
