VIDEO CONFERENCE MEETING TO BE CONDUCTED VIA MICROSOFT TEAMS
Because of the local disaster declarations issued for both Dallas and Denton Counties affecting the City
of Carrollton and NTECC `s offices, as well as the institution of certain screening practices imposed by
the CyrusOne, NTECC is practicing social distancing in order to prevent the further spread of COVID-
19. The public is encouraged to join in the meeting in accordance with the instructions below. Any
member of the public who desires to submit any comments or provide information relating to items on

2. Consider approval of the minutes for the January 9, 2020 meeting and the March 12, 2020

Receive update from Mission Critical Partners regarding assessment of the CAD system. — No

4. Discuss and consider authorizing the Executive Director to negotiate and execute an addendum
to the NTECC Operations Agreement with the Town of Addison and the Cities of Carrollton,
Coppell, and Farmers Branch conveying ownership of shared components of the L3 Harris
radio system to NTECC and assigning related agreements. — Action Needed

6. Discuss and consider addition of a full-time employee, Radio System Administrator — Action

10. Closed Session: Conduct a closed meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.074:
Discussion of Commission on State Emergency Communications 9-1-1 Grant process.
11. Discuss and take any action related to matters discussed in Closed Session under Item 10.
