Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell will
meet in a special called work session on Tuesday May 20, 1986 at 7:00
p.m. for Executive Session and 7:30 p.m. for special called work session
in the High School Administration Building. The purpose of the meeting
is to consider the following items:

Item 1: Article 6252-17, Section 2 (e) discussion with City Attorney.
INVOCATION
WORK SESSION (Open to the public)
Item 2: Discussion and orientation about the Coppell Municipal Utility
District No. 1 and how it works.
REQUESTS AND PRESENTATIONS
Item 3: Presentation by Dallas County Appraisal District about taxing
authority.
Item 4: Discussion and consideration of a request by General Homes for
reimbursement of Developer Fees.
ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
Item 5: Discussion and consideration of amending the Ordinance
creating the Economic Development Board to specify directions
and guidelines for this Board.
Item 6: Discussion and consideration of a proposed Paving Assessment
Ordinance and setting out the procedures for assessment of
paving projects.
STAFF REPORTS
Item 7: Discussion and consideration of drainage ditch located
adjacent to Parkwood II.
Item 8: Discussion and evaluation of the City's funding options for
construction of Beltline Road east and west in its existing
location.
Item 9: Quarterly Project Status Report on Capital Improvement
Projects (CIP) and miscellaneous projects.
