AG 1985-09-05 NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS
Under the provisions of Article 6252-17, V.A.C.S., and Article 1008,
V.A.C.S., I hereby call an Emergency Meeting of the City Council of the
City of Coppell, Texas, which shall be held at the Coppell High School
Administration Building at 1201 Wrangler Drive in Coppell, Texas. This
meeting shall be for the purpose of considering the following items:
AGENDA
CALL TO ORDER
CONTRACTS
Item 1: Consider approval of a contract with Epsey, Huston, &
Associates, Inc. for an Environmental Impact Study on land adjoining
the Denton Creek area and east of Denton Tap Road
Item 2: Consider approval of a contract with Ginn, Inc. for a water and
sewer study on land north of the Denton Creek area and east of Denton
Tap Road
Adjournment
This meeting is called as an emergency session because the matters need
the immediate attention of the City Council and need to be considered
before the next regular meeting of this Council.

In accordance with Article 6252-17, Section 3A (h), I hereby certify
that I have posted the above notice on the bulletin board at the Coppell
City Hall at 3:30p.m. on the 5th day of September, 1985, which said
time was at least two (2) hours before the meeting convened. Further,
in accordance with Article 1008, V.A.C.S.,I have delivered or caused to
be delivered a copy of the above notice to each member of the City
Council, the City Secretary, and the City Attorney, such person either
being served personally with said notice or such notice left at their
usual place of abode.
