Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell will
meet in special called session on Tuesday, July 2, 1985. The executive
session will convene at 6:30 p.m. in the Coppell High School
Administration Building with the Open Session convening at 7:30 p.m. in
the Coppell High School Cafeteria. The purpose of the meeting is to
consider the following items:
AGENDA
EXECUTIVE SESSION: (Closed to the Public) 6:30 p.m.
ITEM 1: Article 6252-17, Section 2 (e) discussion with City Attorney
ITEM 2: Article 6252-17, Section 2 (g) discussion concerning personnel
PUBLIC SESSION: (Open to the Public) 7:30 p.m.

ITEM 3: Consider approval of authorization to advertise for bids for
the construction of Moore Road between Sandy Lake Road and Beltline Road
ITEM 4: Consider authorization to advertise for bids for the
construction of an elevated Water Storage facility to be located at
Southwestern Boulevard and Coppell Road

ITEM 5: Public hearing to consider approval of amendments to the
