Regular Session: High School Cafeteria Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell will meet in special called session on Tuesday, July 2, 1985. The executive session will convene at 6:30 p.m. in the Coppell High School Administration Building with the Open Session convening at 7:30 p.m. in the Coppell High School Cafeteria. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items: AGENDA EXECUTIVE SESSION: (Closed to the Public) 6:30 p.m. ITEM 1: Article 6252-17, Section 2 (e) discussion with City Attorney ITEM 2: Article 6252-17, Section 2 (g) discussion concerning personnel PUBLIC SESSION: (Open to the Public) 7:30 p.m. STAFF REQUESTS ITEM 3: Consider approval of authorization to advertise for bids for the construction of Moore Road between Sandy Lake Road and Beltline Road ITEM 4: Consider authorization to advertise for bids for the construction of an elevated Water Storage facility to be located at Southwestern Boulevard and Coppell Road PUBLIC HEARINGS ITEM 5: Public hearing to consider approval of amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance OTHER BUSINESS ITEM 6: Consider approval of Change Order No. 1 on the Municipal Complex (tabled from June 25, 1985) ITEM 7: Presentation and discussion of a Master Thoroughfare Plan and proposed truck routes through the City REPORTS ITEM 8: Report-from O'Brien, O'Brien, and Callaway, architects, on the progress Qf the Municipal Complex (Towne Center) ITEM 9: CityEngineer's Report A.
