Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell will meet in
regular session at the Coppell High School Administration Building at 7:30 p.m.
on the 14th of May, 1985 for the purpose of considering the following items:

1. Consider a request for a variance to Section 9-7-1 of City Code of Ordinances
which prohibits the use of metal roofs. Shake and Shingle Supply Company
making requests.
2 Zomlng Application #85-15-03 to consider request of O.M. Singla on the
following classifications:
A. 'SF-l2" Single Family
The property to be rezoned contains 3.9 acres in Abstract No. 18 (J.W. Anderson
Survey) located on undeveloped land on Kaye Street adjoining the MF-2 Zoning
to the East.

3. Zoning Application #84-05-18 to consider request of George Chadick and Ruth

Henderson Survey) located on the Northeast corner of the intersection of Sandy
