Consideration of certain items with respect to the issuance of Waterworks and Sewer System l~efunding and Improvements Bonds, Series 1985 These items are added to the above mentioned agenda as emergency items. These matters came to the attention of the City after posting the original agenda and require action prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the CityCouncil.
