January 8, 1985
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of
Coppell will meet in regular session at the Coppell High School
Administration Building at 7:30 p.m. on the 8th day of January,
1985, for the purpose of considering the following items:

1. A presentation by Mr. Ernest Vanbebbor of Lone Star Gas Company,
to consider rate increase request.
2. A presentation of Audit and Financial Statements for fiscal year
ending September 30, 1984, presented by John Volmer and Lou
Grabowski of Arthur Anderson and Associates.
3. Approval of a proposal submitted by Schickel Rollins and
Associates, Inc., to provide professional services for Coppell
Community Park Phase II.
4. Approval of a proposal submitted by Schickel Rollins and
Associates, Inc., to provide professional services for Coppell
Community Park-Pressbox and Concession Building and Ballfield
Lighting.

5. A resolution, Number#010885, to support legislation granting
General Law Cities the power to unilaterally annex within
their Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction.

6. Plat Application #84-05-22.1 - to consider approval of a
preliminary plat of Northlake Woodlands East,Phase VI on the
property located on the Northeast corner of Beltline Road and
Moore Road.

~ingleton Thompson Survey, Abstract No. 1493 and being located
at the Southwest and Southeast corners of intersection of Beltline
Road and MacArthur Boulevard.

approximately 600 feet South of Sandy Lake Road on the West
side of Moore Road.
