CM 1965-07-19 TATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF DALLAS The City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, convened in regular meeting on the 19th day of July, 1965, with the following members present, to-wit: W. H. Wilson, Mayor Pro Tem Thomas Sisk, Councilman Cecil Dobecka, Councilman C. T. Waters, Councilman Bill Harwell, Councilman Absent: E. C. Gentry, City Secretary W. T. Cozby, Mayor Motion made by Mr. Siskk and seconded by C. T. Waters that Bill Harwell be appointed as acting secretary for the meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Motion made by Bill Harwell and seconded by C. T. Waters that Joe Dodson be granted a permit for wrecker service for the City of Coppell.. Said permit to be granted for an indefinite period and may be revoked and/or revised at any time by either the City of Coppell or Mr. Dodson. The motion carried unanimously. Mr. John Ratliff appeared before the Council to discuss the sub-dividing of four lots located Just west of the Coppell School. Discussion was to continue at a later date concerning water tie-ons, etc. No further business being presented to the Council at this time, and upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Council adjourned.
