CM 1965-09-07STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF DALLAS The City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, convened in regular meeting on the 7th day of September, 1965, with the following members present to-wit: W. T. Cozby, Mayor Thomas Sisk, Councilman C. T. Waters, Councilman W. H. Wilson, Councilman Cecil Dobecka, Councilman Bill Harwell, Councilman Constituting a quorum where among the other proceedings had was the following: Mayor Cozby appointed W. H. Wilson to act as Secretary in the absence of City Secretary E. C. Gentry. The Council discussed an agreement establishing and outlining the Dallas-Ft. Worth Regional Transportation Study. Since the precise conditions of the agreement were not available at this meeting the matter was considered uncompleted and Thomas Sisk made a motion to table action on this matter until a later meeting,. The motion was seconded by Cecil Dobecka and carried by the following vote: Aye: Wilson, Harwell, Sisk, Dobecka No: None Abstaining: Waters A motion was made by Bill Harwell and seconded by C. T. Waters to issue a house-moving permit to Cecil Lesley. Mr. Lesley plans to move a frame house onto the dairy of Mr. Sam Lesley. The price of said permit to be estab- lished at a later date. Mr. C. E. Hitchcock was also given a $25.00 permit to enter the city limi ts with a house and Cecil Lesley was to pay for both permits. The motion carried unanimously. P. Vanbebber $66.66 A note was made to check on a year old bill from Sargent-Sowell, Inc. Bill Harwell made a suggestion that the Council take under study the house-moving permit and that some solution be presented at the next meeting. No further business being, presented to the Council at this time and upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Council adjourned. PASSED AND APPROVED, this 7 day of Sept. 1965. ~ ' W. T.
