COUNTY OF DALLAS
The Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, met in regular meeting
March 6, 1967, with the following members present to-wit:
W. T. Cozby, Mayor
C. L. Plumlee, Councilman
, C.J. Dobecka, Councilman
B. J. Ha~Tell, Councilman
Thomas Sisk, Councilman
W. H. Wilson, Councilman
E. C. Gentry, Secretary
constituting a quorum, where among other proceedings had, the following
was presented:
Mayor Cozby read the contract received frc, m the County Fire Office
submitted to the city for renewal. B. J. Harwell made motion that the
contract be renewed and motion was seconded by C. J. Plumlee. Vote carried.
The following bills were submitted by the City Secretary for payment:

C. J. Dobecks made a motion that the bills be paid as stated.
Seconded by W. H. Wilson.
Jack Maxwell met with the Council to discuss plans for the sewer
system ane suggested that a meeting be arrangeH for the school board,
city council, and the engineers of the project.
Those meeting with the council to file for places in the next city
election were Bill Cozby and Billy Self filing for mayor Tom Moore,
Charles Hitchcock, Jim McGiboney, Travis Maynard, and Cecil Dobecka for
councilmen.
