The Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, met in regular
meeting on April 3, 1967, with the following members present
to-wit:
W. T. Cozby, Mayor
B. J. Harwell, Councilman
C. J. Dobecka, Councilman
W. H. Wilson, Councilman
C. L. Plumlee, Jr., Councilman
Thomas Sisk, Councilman
E. C. Gentry, Secretary
constituting a quorum, where among other proceedings had, the
following was Presented:

Motion was made by C. J. Dobecka and seconded bV W. H. Wilson
that the bills be paid as stated.
Motion was made bv B. J. Hatwell and seconded by W. H. Wilson that
the proposal by Southwestern States Telephone Company for a fire
reporting system as outlined in their letter of March 21 be accepted
and installed for our local Volunteer Fire Department.
