meeting. The following members were Dresent to-wit:

Motion was made by W. H. Wilson and seconded bv Thomas Sisk that the
following bills be accepted and paid: ~

Motionwas made and seconded that membership for Mayor Cozby to the
Greater Dallas County League of Municipalities be renewed. (membership
at $22.00 per person)
Motion was made by W. H. Wilson and seconded by Jim McGiboney and
carried unanimously that Mayor Cozby be delegated to select a water
and sewerage plant site and take whatever necessary steps to acquire
such a location.
