CM 1967-05-15 STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF DALLAS May 15, 1967, the Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, met in regular meeting with the following members present to-wit: W. T. Cozby, Mayor C. J. Dobecka, Councilman C. L. Plumlee, Jr., Councilman Jim McGiboney, Councilman W. H. Wilson, Councilman Thomas Sisk, Councilman Mr. Joe Glover, representative for Lone Star Gas Company, met with the Council to present a plan concerning rates to natural gas users within the city limits of Coppell. Motion was made by W. H. Wilson m d seconded by Jim McGiboney that the plan be adopted as outlined. (see copy attached) Vote carried unanimously. Motion was made by W. H. Wilson, seconded by C. J. Dobecka, and carried by unanimous vote that the names of all persons who are no longer re- sidents of the city be deleted from the delinquent personal property tax roll. Motion was made by Jim McGiboney that a letter, with a copy of Ordinance #31 attached, be sent to anyone moving a house trailer into the city limits to inform them of the action of the Council in this matter. Motion was seconded by W. H. Wilson and unanimously carried. Motion was made by Jim McGiboney and seconded by C. J. Dobecka that the Lewisville State Bank be designated as depository for the City of Coppell for a period of two years. Vote carried unanimously. Meeting ad Journed.
