The Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, met in special called meeting, open
to the public with notice posted in City Hall, on June 14, 1967, with the follow-
ing present:
W. T. Cozby, Mayor
Jim McGiboney, Councilman
C. L. Plumlee, Councilman
C. J. Dobecka, Councilman
E. C. Gentry, Secretary
Quorum being present the following business was transacted:
Motion was made by C. J. Dobecka to authorize W. T. Cozby to instruct Fowler & Grafe
Engineers~ Inc. to advertise for construction bids for a sewer and treatment plant
and water expansion project #PFL-TEX144-WCP-TEX-372 Coppell, Texas. Motion was
seconded by C. L. Plumlee, Jr. and vote carried unanimously.
