NORTH TEXAS EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS CENTER, INC.

VIDEO CONFERENCE MEETING TO BE CONDUCTED VIA MICROSOFT TEAMS
Because of the local disaster declarations issued for both Dallas and Denton Counties affecting the City of Carrollton
and NTECC `s offices, as well as the institution of certain screening practices imposed by NTECC's landlord,
CyrusOne, NTECC is practicing social distancing in order to prevent the further spread of COVID-19.
The public is encouraged to join in the meeting in accordance with the instructions below. Any member of the public
who desires to submit any comments or provide information relating to items on the agenda for this meeting may email

Call to Order.
2. Consider approval of the minutes for the board workshop held on May 5, 2021 and the board
meeting held on June 1, 2021. — Action Needed.
3. Selection of Officers for FY22.— Action Needed.
4. Discuss and consider authorizing the Executive Director to negotiate and execute a contract with
Avail Solutions, Inc.- Action Needed.
5. Discuss status of Harris Radio System Upgrade Update. — No Action Needed.
6. Discuss NTECC Accomplishments for FY 2021. —No Action Needed.
7. Receive and discuss Executive Director's report regarding matters affecting NTECC policies,
operations, personnel and finances, including but not limited to, topics relating to project status and
dispatch operations. — No Action Needed.
Closed Session: Conduct a closed meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.074:
Personnel: Conduct the annual evaluation of the duties and performance of the Executive Director.
