COUNTY OF DALLAS
The Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, met December
4, 1967, in regular meeting with the following members
present to -wit:
W. T. Cozby, Mayor
Jim McGiboney, Councilman
W. H. Wilson, Councilman
C. L. Plumlee, Jr., Councilman
Thomas Sisk, Councilman
E. C. Gentry, Secretary
where the following business was transacted:
Jim McGiboney made a motion that Mayor Cozby and C. R. Story
check the police car and buy new tires as needed. Seconded by
W. H. Wilson and vote carried unanimously.
The City Secretary presented bills for payment as follows:
Hodges Service Station $33.01
Coppell Superette 26.98
Story Service Station 42.74
H. L. Eldridge (notary bond) 9.00
A. P. Vanbebber 45.00
W. H. Wilson made the motion that bills be paid as stated
and the petty cash fund be replenished in the amount of
$31.55. Seconded by Jim McGiboney and vote carried unanimously.
Jim McGiboney made a motion to have two (2) speed signs put
on Maynard Street (Kay Street) for 20 MPH limits. Thomas Sisk
seconded motion and vote carried unanimously.
