COUNTY OF DALLAS
The City Council convened in special session on December 19,
1967, with the following members present:
W. T. Cozby, Mayor
Thomas Sisk, Councilman
Jim McGiboney, Councilman
W. H. Wilson, Councilman
E. C. Gentry, Secretary
Constituting a quorum, where among the other proceedings had was
the following:
(1.) Motion was made by Jim McGiboney and seconded by W. H.
Wilson that Section Two of Ordinance 37 be made effective on
January 1, 1968. Vote was three for, none against.
(2.) Motion was made by W. H. Wilson and seconded by Jim
McGiboney that Mr. Cozby sign request to Texas Power & Light
Company for two lights to be installed at Denten Tap Road & Sandy
Lake Road. Vote was three for, none against.
Meeting adjourned.
