COUNTY OF DALLAS
The Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, met in regular
session February 5, 1968, with the following members present
to-wit:
W. T. Cozby, Mayor
W. H. Wilson, Councilman
Thomas Sisk, Councilman
Jim McGiboney, Councilman
constituting a quorum where among other proceedings had was
the following:
Mr. Bill Harrison met with the Council requesting permit for
three (3) greenhouses to be constructed on the back side of
a a five (5) acre tract on MDore Road. (Logsdon Survey Tract
#783) Motion was made by Thomas Sisk, seconded by W. H. Wilson,
that permit be granted to Mr. Harrison to build the greenhouses
on the west end of the five (5) acre tract. Vote carried un-
animously, three for, none against.
Mr. Joe Dodson met with the Council to discuss plans for mov-
ing his wrecking yard. A special meeting was scheduled for
Monday. night, February 12, 1968, with all property owners
concerned to be contacted and requested to be present.
Motion was made by Thomas Sisk that the Council pass Ordinance
# entering into contract with the City of Coppell, City of
Carrollton, and the Trinity River Authority of Texas. Motion
was seconded by Jim McGiboney and carried unanimously.
Motion was made by W. H. Wilson, seconded by Thomas Sisk, approv-
ing contract between the City of Coppell and the City of
Carrollton, calling for transport, treating and disposal of
sewage by the City of Carrollton. The validity of said contract
is subject to approval of the Federal Housing & Urban Develop-
ment. Vote carried, three for, none against.
W. H. Wilson made motion to extend the water line to the
southwest corner of a 17 acre tract owned by Ruth Alexander,
if and when any development begins. The extension of this water
line-is dependent upon securing of sewer line easement through
said 17 acre tract. Vote carried unanimously, being seconded by
Thomas Sisk.
W. H. wilson made motion that was seconded by Jim McGiboney that
bills be paid as follows:

A. P. Vanbebber 20.00
Motion was made by Jim McGiboney, seconded by W. H. Wilson,
to extend the water line from the C. R. Bruner property to
the northeast corner of the J. S. Sisk property. Vote
carried unanimously.
