COUNTY OF DALLAS
The Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, met , 1968, in regular
meeting with the following members present:
W. T. Cozby, Mayor
John Dobecka, Councilman
Thomas Sisk, Councilman
Jim McGiboney, Councilman
C. L. Plumlee, Jr., Councilman
W. H. Wilson, Councilman
E. C. Gentry, Secretary
Constituting a quorum, where among other proceedings had was the
following:
Motion was made by John Dobecka that Ordinance #45 be approved. This
Ordinance #45 appointing commissioners to serve as the Board of
Equalization for the year 1968, fixing a time of the meeting of such
board; setting forth certain procedures for the conduct of hearing
before the board and declaring an emergency. Motion was seconded
by Jim McGliboney and vote was unanimous.
ayor Cozby presented a request from Mr. Lambert for permission to
install a water line to his place from Sandy Lake Road on the back alley.
Motion was made by Jim McGiboney that he be given permission under
three (3) conditions:
1. After installation, would give the line to the City,
2. City would reimburse him, as others tied on and paid their
pro rate share for a period of five (5) years, not to exceed
what A. P. Vanbebber would install for,
3. installation must be according to city specifications.
Vote was seconded and carried.
Motion was made by Thomas Sisk that trailer parks be required
to pay a water deposit of $50.00, tapping fee, and cost of installa-
tion, In addition, the water rate for trailer parks set at a
minimum of $2.50 for the first 1,000 gallons and 70¢ per thousand
for water over 1,000 gallons. Motion was seconded and vote carried.
Thomas Sisk made a motion to pay the following bills:
Coppell Superette $ 7.22
Ray Story 21.05
Bill Decker 9.00
Whitlock Oil Co. 45.33
Hill Tire Company 36.58
A. P. Vanbebber 6.40

Fotion was seconded by C. L. Plumlee, Jr. and vote was unanimous.
Meeting adjourned.
