CM 1969-03-03 STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF DALLAS The Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, met in regular session Fltrch 3, 1969, with the following members present to-wit: W. T. Cozby, Mayor C. L. Plumlee, Jr., Councilman W. T. Wilson, Councilman Jim McGiboney, Councilman John Dobecka, Councilman Thomas Sisk, Councilman constituting a quorum. Motion was made by W. H. Wilson to re-imburse Mr. Mills for 357 feet of line or 1/2 the cost ($101.25) in compliance with the City Minutes of August 2, 1965. Motion was seconded by Jim McGiboney and vote carried un animo usl y. -- Mayor Cozby read an ordinance from Hall Hood, Dallas County Fire Marshall, to contract with the County Fire Marshall's Office by complying with the attached Court Order, working together to build a better fire district. Motion was made that Ordinance be accepted made by John Dobecka, seconded by C. L. Plumlee, Jr. Vote carried. Jim McGiboney made a motion to pay Susan Wall $25.00 for transcribing and typing the minutes of the Zoning Commission meetings. Seconded by John Dobecka and vote carried. The City Secretary presented the following statements for payment: Carney Plumbing $894.06 White's Auto Store 37.90 National Bldg. Supply 13.20 Can-Tex Industries 53.80 A. P. Vanbebber 239.00 Peck Office Supply 1.15 Eddie Dobecka 374.23 Travis Maynard 72.50 W. H. Wilson made a motion to pay these bills as read and second came from Thomas Sisk. Vote carried unanimously. .... Jack Maxwell appeared before the Council to file his request for a Special Use Permit for a mobil home park on a five (5) acre tract owned by him. Meeting adjourned.
