CM 1969-07-07 STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF DALLAS The. Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, met July 21, 1969, in regular session with the following members present to-wit: W. T. Cozby, Mayor John Dobecka, CoUncilman W. H. Wilson, Councilman Jim McGiboney, Councilman E. C. Gentry, Secretary constituting a quorum where the following business was transacted: Mr. Tommy Norton appeared before the Council requesting permission to move an outbuilding (now situated at 1128 Ables Lane) onto property he has purchased. He also requested permission to bring a trailer-bus out on-weekends while he builds a house. After much discussion, matter was tabled until the outbuilding can be inspected by one or more of the councilmen. Tommy Smith operatdr of the new service station on Belt Line came asking. permission to nnve a house trailer onto the service station site. The request for the special use permit was tabled until next meeting. W. H. Wilson made a motion to adopt a resolution calling a public hearing for the assessment against property owners of property abutting Kaye Street. Jim McGiboney seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. Motion was made by W. H. Wilson and seconded by John Dobecka to assess Mr. Johnny Wedger one month's bill for water based on the average of the last three bills, plus 25% of the excess for'a pumping charge. Second by Jim McGiboney carried unanimously. b~Dtion was made by Jim McGiboney and seconded by W. H. Wilson that effective immediately Pat Loyd be appointed as official city inspector. Motion carried Unanimously. City bills were presented as follows: C. T.
