CM 1969-10-06 October 6, 1959, the Council ofthe City of Coppell, Texas,
met in regular session with the following members present
to-wit: W.T. Cozby, Mayor
Jim McGiboney, Councilman
W. H. Wilson, Councilman
John Dobecka, Councilman
E. C. Gentry, Secretary
where among other proceedings had, was the following:
The trailer park ordinance and the collection of fees in
trailer parks was discussed with city attorney, Larry Jackson.
No action was taken. ~
Mr. Howard Morrow was given a 50% reduction in his water bill
(which was extremely high due to a broken line on his property. )
Potion was made by Jim McGibo.-ney and seconded by W. H. Wilson that
the reduction be allow, but that the suggestion be made to Mr.
Morrow that he make the necessary repairs, for an adjustment of
this kind is made only one time. Vote was unanimous.
Potion was made by W. H. Wilson, seconded by John Dobecka, that all
legally available funds be converted into treasury bills. (See copy
of resalution attached.) Vote carried unanimously.

Motion was made by W. H. Wilson, seconded by John Dobecka, that payment
be made as presented. Vote was unanimous.
Motion was made by W. H. Wilson that a unit number and mileage reading
be submitted with all gas tickets on all city owned vehicles. Seconded
by Jim McGiboney, vote was unanimous.
