State of Texas
The Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, met in regular
session December 3, 1969, with the following members
present to -wit:
W.T. Crozby, Mayor
John Dobecka, Councilman
W. H. Wilson, Councilman
Jim McGiboney, Councilman
constituting a quorum, where among other proceedings
had was the following:
Mr. Harrington met with the council to request permission
to have a trailor-house near Carrolton Dam.
Jim McGihoney made a motion to decide Mr. Harrington's case
pending on the dicision on the other trailor cases in a
hearing on Dec. 4,196.9. Second was made by John Dobecka.
After the discussion Jim McGiboney with-drew his motion.
John Dobecka with-drew his second.
Mayor Cozby called for a vote on Mr. Harrington's request.
Vote was unanimous to oppose the request.'
Motion was made by W. H. Wilson to give the Mayor the
authority to~into negotiations with Jack Lively on a
~Development Agreement as presented by Pete Styner.
Second Jim McGit~Dney. Vote was unanimous.
Jim McGiboney made a motion to spend a maximum of $60.00'
to gravel approximately 100 ft. of road leading up to
Bill Harrison's house in the Stringfellow addition.
W. H. Wilson second the motion. Vote Was unanimous.
Bills were presented ~ for payment as follows:

The Dunbar Register $10.50
Helms Printing Company Inc. $24.60
Bowles & Edens Corp. $34.60
John M Dobecka made the motion to pay the bills. Second made
by Jim McGiboney. Vote was unanimous.
Meeting adjaurned.
