Pursuant to Section 3 of the Interlocal Agreement regarding the City of Coppell's use of the City
of Carrollton's jail that was executed on or about September 18, 2012, this letter serves as written
notice of Carrollton's intent to terminate this Agreement effective midnight, September 30, 2022.
