Allie - this is a huge loss for the Smart City Board. While I am sorry you are not able to be with us I
am also excited for the 'new and exciting things' for your business. I wish you the best to grow bigger
and successful...when you succeed, I am sure you will bring the related benefits to city of Coppell!
Jerod - I believe an email resignation is sufficient for the city? I think we need to ask the city council
to approve two new reserve members.
Thanks,
Ramesh

Hi Ramesh,
It's Allie Hewett from the Smart City Board.
I regret to inform you that I will no longer be able to serve on the Smart City Board.
We have some new and exciting things on the horizon regarding our business. Things that we could not have foreseen a
few months ago. I am concerned that I will not have enough time to dedicate to the Smart City Board.
Please tell the team that I am saddened to resign, but this is the best thing for our family at this time.
Let me know if there is anything else I need to do.
Thank you so much.
It has been a pleasure working with you.
