Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas. As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. As authorized by Section 551.127, of the Texas Government Code, one or more Councilmembers or employees may attend this meeting remotely using videoconferencing technology. The City of Coppell reserves the right to reconvene, recess or realign the Work Session or called Executive Session or order of business at any time prior to adjournment. B.Consider approval of accepting the resignation of Sekhar Katkam from the Library Advisory Board and appointing alternate member, Carly Brenner, to a regular member for the remainder of the unexpired term; and appointing Sandra Johnson to an alternate member to fill the unexpired term. C.Consider approval to enter a contract with McMahon Contracting, L.P.; for the reconstruction of Thweatt Park Pond; in the amount of $414,041.62; as provided for in the CRDC and DUD funds; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents after approval by the City Attorney. D.Consider approval of an agreement between the City of Coppell and the Coppell Arts Center Foundation for a study to be completed by the DeVos Institute of Arts Management, in the amount of $65,000.00 plus reasonable travel expenses not to exceed $4,000.00, funded by the Coppell Arts Center Foundation and the general fund budget; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any documents.
