ORDINANCE NO. 87375A1
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, AMENDING THE
SCHEDULE OF FEES TO BE COLLECTED FOR PERMITS ISSUED UNDER THE
COPPELL BUILDING CODE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING
A REPEALING CLAUSE AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, by City of Coppell Ordinance Number 375, the City Council adopted
a building code known as The City of Coppel] Building Code, and
WHEREAS, Exhibit "A" of said Ordinance 375 listed the schedule of fees
to be collected for permits issued under said ordinance, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. FEE SCHEDULE - BUILDING CODE
The schedule of fees adopted as Exhibit "A" of Ordinance Number 375 is hereby
amended by substituting a new exhibit to be known as Exhibit "A-l", a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes. From and
after the passage of this ordinance the fees to be collected in connection with
the City of Coppell Building Code shall be as listed on the attached Exhibit "A-l".
SECTION Z. REPEALING CLAUSE
All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, inconsistent or in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any article, paragraph or subdivision, clause or provision of this ordinance
shall be adjudged invalid or held unconstitutional, the same shall not affect the
validity of this ordinance as a whole or any part or provision thereof, other than
the part so decided to be invalid or unconstitutional.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE
This ordinance shall take effect October 15, 1987.
