Notice is hereby given that the Building and Standards Commission of the City of Coppell, Texas, will
meet in Regular Session on Thursday, July 6, 2000, at 8:30 p.m. at Town Center, 255 Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into
closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on
any agenda item listed herein.
REGULAR SESSION: (Open to the Public)
ITEM 1: Call to Order.
ITEM 2:
Public Hearing to consider a request for an appeal from the Building Inspection
Department's determination that the structure located at 200 North Texas Court is a
substandard and dangerous building and a public nuisance, and as such, is required to be
demolished and the demolished materials be removed from the site.
This appeal is being requested in accordance with Section 15-11-10 of Ordinance #94655,
otherwise known as the Neighborhood Integrity Code. Legacy Bank of Texas (formerly
Plano Bank and Trust) is requesting an appeal from the determination of the Building
Inspection Department regarding the need for demolition of the structure located at 200
Noah Texas Court.

The City of Coppell acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990.
