Section 1. That the Railroad Commission of Texas give its
serious consideration to the creation of one comercial zone in
the Dallas - Ft Worth Area under the provisions of Senate Bill
No. 470, inorder to permit the free flow of trade and commerce
between this city ans all other incorporated municipalities
within the Dallas - Ft Worth Area.
