RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Coppell, Texas, has
heretofore on the ..~6th, day of Sept, . . , filed

Texas, covering the fiscal year October I, 1965 to September 30,
1966; and
WHEREAS, the governing body of the City of Coppell, Texas,
desires to provide for a public hearing on such budget;
and
WHEREAS, the following Resolution was submitted to the
governing body of the City of Coppell, Texas, for its consideration,
NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL,
TEXAS:
Section i: That the City Council of the City of Coppell,
Texas, finds that the Mayor has filed on the 16th, day of
, 1965, with the City SeCretary, a general
budg Fhr the"'City Coppell, Texas, for the iscal year
OctOber 1, 1965 through September 30, 1969.
Section 2: That in order to provide for a public hearing
on ~ch budget, the City Council of the City of Coppoll, Texas,
hereby declares that said hearing shall take place on the ~
day of Oct. , 1965, at 7 30 o'c]ock _
That the place of said hear'i'~g will be the City Hall in Coppell,
Texas.
Section 3: That public notice of the hour, date and
place of such hearing shall be made public by posting a copy of
this Resolution in three public places in the City, one of which
shall be the City Hall Building and the publication of this
Resolution in one issue of the official newspaper.
DULY PASSED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Coppoll, Texas, on the 16th,daY of Sept, ,
1965, with B.J.Harwell , Thomas Sisk ,
W.H. Wilson , C.T. Waters
and Cecil Dobecka VOting for such ResO"lution and
none voting against such Resolution.
