MEETING TIME AND PLACE:
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in
pre-session at 6 p.m. and in regular session at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 20, 2000, in the Coppell
Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened
into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City
Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items:

Lake Road, approximately 200' west of S. Denton Tap Road, at the request of the

PUBLIC HEARING: Consider approval of Case No. S-1178, Chopstik
Restaurant, zoning change request from C-S- 1056 (Commercial-S- 1056) to

located in Suite 112 of the Braewood Shopping Center located at 150 S. Denton
Tap Road, at the request of Moon J. McIntosh.

of Lots 1 and 2, to allow the development of two single-family homes on
approximately 7.96 acres of property located at the southwest corner of Carter

PUBLIC HEARING: Consider approval of the Town Center Business Park, Site
Plan and Replat, to allow the development of an office building on approximately
1.398 acres of property located along the south side of Parkway Boulevard,

& Associates, Inc.

Consider approval of the Coppell Fire Station No. 2, Site Plan amendment, to
allow for the placement of a gasoline tank with a seven-foot high brick screening
wall on approximately 1.51 acres of property located at 366 S. MacArthur Blvd.,
at the request of the City of Coppell.
