Consider approval of an Interim Public Right-of-Way Use Agreement between the City of Coppell, TXU Communications Telecom Services Company d/b/a TXU Communications, a certified telecommunications provider, and authorizing the City Manager to sign. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute necessary documents, including quit claim deeds, to acquire hike and bike trail road to Wagon Wheel Park. Consider approval of a Contract Modification for VAI Architects for the design and construction documentation of the proposed Service Center, increasing the contract by $35,000.00, and authorizing the City Manager to sign.
