Call the meeting to order
Mr. Gary Tanel called the meeting to order @, 7:00 p.m.
Tour to Wagon Wheel Park
CRDC and staff members toured the Wagon Wheel Park site.
Citizen's Forum. Citizen's should complete a Citizen's Appearance Form. Pursuant to the State
Open Meetings law. the corporation is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted
on the Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at future meetings.

Consider approval of the minutes from March 27. 2000 meeting.
Mr. Kip Allison, moved to approved the minutes from March 27. 2000.
Mr. Stephen Hafer. seconded the motion.
Vote: (6 - 0), approved.
Item 5: Update on the Aquatic and Recreation Center.

Item6: Discussion of the possibility of selling concession at the Aquatic and Recreation Center.
The Board express staff their support to have a concession at the Aquatic and Recreation Center to provide
the citizen' s with better service.
Item7: Discussion of Wagon Wheel Phase 2 construction project schedule.
Brad Reid provided the Board with an updated project information and described preliminary plans of
construction.
The Phase 2 will advertise for bids between the next three weeks and City Attorney, Bob Hager, suggested
to extend Hisaw a contract instead of advertising to save time. In that instance the schedule will be
completed by Spring season; non-lighted fields will be completed by the Fall and Baseball will loose 1 fall
season due to the lost of nine fields at Coppell Middle School West.
Item 8: Consider approval of a change of order to sod soccer fields phase 1.
Mr. Greg Garcia, moved to decline the change of order.
Mr. Kip Allison, seconded the motion
Vote: (5 -0), declined.
