Parkway Boulevard. As authorized by Section 551.127, of the Texas Government Code, one or more appointed board member or employees may attend this meeting remotely using videoconferencing technology. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order Chair Paschal called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Members present: Nick Paschal, Maureen Corcoran, Margaret Bryan, Mary Arnold,Zainab Tinwala,Jeff Roller,Edward Rose, Enaika Kishnani City of Coppell,Texas Page 1 Parks and Recreation Board Minutes September 11,2023 - Members absent: Mike Ridgley, Hannah Greenberg Others present: Sheri Belmont,Adam Richter,Dave Ellison, Cecilia Gandara 2. Citizens'Appearance Maria Smith,342 Greentree Drive,spoke about field allocation for the Coppell Youth Football Association Ashley Riley,753 Armstrong Blvd,spoke about field use,conditions,and allocation for the Coppell Youth Football Association Darwin Bybee, 129 Hill Drive,spoke about indoor pickleball This agenda item provides an opportunity for citizens to address the Board or Commission on any matter. Anyone wishing to address the Board or Commission should register prior to the start of the meeting.There is a two (2) minute time limit for each citizen to speak, additional time may be granted by the Board or Commission. The Board or Commission is not permitted to take action on any subject raised by a speaker during Citizens'Appearance. 3. Consider approval of minutes: August 7, 2023 A motion was made by Boardmember Corcoran, seconded by Boardmember Roller,that this Agenda Item be Approved.The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 4. Annual update by the Coppell Baseball Association. Kirk Baldridge, President of CBA, Eric Taves,Vice President of CBA 5. Consider approval of the 2023 Project Priority List. A motion was made by Boardmember Corcoran,seconded by Boardmember Roller,that this Agenda Item be Approved.The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 6. Manager's update-Ginene Delcioppo, Arts Center Manager Ginene Delcioppo gave an update regarding Arts Center activities and operations. 7. Youth Advisor's Report Nothing to report. 8. Director's update regarding upcoming events, projects, and departmental developments. Sheri Belmont gave an update regarding upcoming events, project status and departmental initiatives. 9.
