Parkway Boulevard. As authorized by Section 551.127, of the Texas Government Code, one or more appointed board member or employees may attend this meeting remotely using videoconferencing technology. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order President Straach called the meeting to order at 6:31 pm. Citizens'Appearance City of Coppell,Texas Page 1 Coppell Recreation Development Minutes April 17,2023 Corporation President Straach advised that no one signed up to speak. This agenda item provides an opportunity for citizens to address the Board or Commission on any matter.Anyone wishing to address the Board or Commission should register prior to the start of the meeting. There is a two (2) minute time limit for each citizen to speak, additional time may be granted by the Board or Commission. The Board or Commission is not permitted to take action on any subject raised by a speaker during Citizens'Appearance. 3. Consider approval of minutes: March 20, 2023 A motion was made by Vice President Dwyer,seconded by Boardmember Long,that this agenda item be approved.The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 4. Consider approval of funding the reconstruction of The Duck Pond Park in the amount of$810,490.00. A motion was made by Boardmember Cooper,seconded by Vice President Dwyer,that this agenda item be approved.The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 5. Liaison's Update Liaison Jessica Carpenter advised that there will be a meeting on May 15, 2023. Adjournment With there being no further business to come before the CRDC Board the meeting adjourned at 6:49 pm.
