The City Council of the City of Coppell met in a Special Called Meeting on Tuesday,
June 18, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of Town Center, 255 Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.
Regular Session
Call to Order1.
Mayor Wes Mays called the meeting to order, determined that a quorum was
present and convened into the Regular Session at 6:00 p.m.
Citizens’ Appearance2.
Mayor Wes Mays stated that no one signed up to speak.
3.Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into the appropriate

contract with Crowder Gulf and Living Earth for storm debris pickup, in a
total amount not to exceed $400,000.00, using funds from the American
Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
Deputy City Manager Traci Leach gave a presentation to City Council.
A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Kevin Nevels,seconded by
Councilmember Don Carroll,that this agenda item be approved.The motion
passed by an unanimous vote.
4. Adjournment
There being no further business before this Council,the meeting adjourned at
6:27 PM.
