Notice is hereby given that the Coppell Park Board/Tree Board will meet at 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 11,
2000, in the 1st. Floor Conference Room at Town Center. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following

Citizen's Forum. Citizens should complete a Citizen's Appearance Form. Pursuant to the State
Open Meetings Law, the Board is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on
the Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at future meetings.
Item 4: Presentation of the proposed Living Legacy Program Guide and discussion of promoting the
program.
Item 5: Presentation of the program for the scheduled October 21, 2000 Family Fish Event.
Item 6: Presentation by the Youth Sports Sponsorship Subcommittee on the distribution of funds received
from the Pepsi Bottling Company.
Item 7: Discussion of the possibility of developing a recommendation on a "Dog Park".
Item 8: Discussion of the Board Members possible Issues and Projects for the upcoming year.
