Irving Blvd., Irving, Texas 75060. The draft report may also be accessed through the Housing and Redevelopment Division’s website at: https://irvingtx.gov/housing-pubs-reports. The public review period will close on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. The CAPER is required for federal housing and community development programs.
