Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in
pre-session at 6 p.m. and in regular session at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2001, in the City
Council Chambers of Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened
into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City
Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items:

office/warehouse building on approximately 3.43 acres of property located along the

Inc.

and Replat, to allow the construction of an approximately 167,000 square foot
office/warehouse on approximately 12.085 acres of property located at the southwest
comer of Royal Lane and Gateview Boulevard, at the request of Pekowski Family
1998 Trust.

Preliminary Plat, to allow the construction of two office buildings totaling
approximately 137,000 square feet on approximately 9.081 acres of property located at
the southeast comer of Northpoint Drive and S.H. 121, at the request of the Jackson-
Shaw Company.
