Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in
pre-session at 6 p.m. and in regular session at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2001, in the City
Council Chambers of Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened
into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City
Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items:

Item 3 Consider approval of Minutes of March 15, 2001.
Item 4: PUBLIC HEARING: Consider approval of Case No. S-1182R, CC's Coffee House,
zoning change request from PD 178R, SUP 1182 to PD 178R, SUP 1182R to amend
the Special Use Permit to allow a revision to the proposed signage located in the Town
Center West Retail Center at 171 N. Denton Tap Road, at the request of CC's Coffee
House.

Item5: PUBLIC HEARING: Consider approval of Case No. S-1185, Sergio's Market,
Inc./Mangia! Market & Bakery, zoning change request from C (Commercial) to C-
SUP (Commercial, Special Use Permit), to allow the operation of an approximately
1,800 square foot market and bakery to be located in Coppell Crossing IV Shopping
Center at 777 S. MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of Sergio's Market, Inc.

Item 6: PUBLIC HEARING: Consider approval of Case No. S-1137R, First United
Methodist Church, zoning change request from SF-7 and SF-12, SUP 1137 and
SUP 1052 (Single Family -7 and Single Family-12, Special Use Permits) to SF-7 and
SF-12, SUP 1137R and SUP 1052 (Single Family-7 and Single Family-12, Special
Use Permits) to allow a revision to the west parking lot, on approximately 11.84 acres
of property located at the northwest and northeast comers of Bethel School Road and
Heartz Road, at the request of First United Methodist Church.
