As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. Item 4: PUBLIC HEARING: Consider approval of Case No. PD-191, Freeport VII, zoning change request from LI (Light Industrial) to PD-191-LI (Planned Development-191-Light Industrial), to allow a reduction in the required parking on approximately 17.824 acres of property located at 611 S. Royal Lane, south of Creekview Drive (Freeport North Addition, Lot 2, Block A), at the request of Duke-Weeks Realty Corp. MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of the City of Coppell. MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of Paul Bang. MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of Terra Builders.
