Call the meeting to order
Ms. Dustina Weiland called the meeting to order ~ 7:06 p.m.
Citizen's Forum. Citizens should complete a Citizens Appearance Form. Pursuant to the State
Open Meetings law, the Corporation is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted
on the Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at future meetings.
No citizens present.

Consider approval of the minutes from the March 19, 2001 meeting.
Mr. Ron Peck, moved to approve the minutes.
Ms. Larry Jones, seconded the motion.
Vote: (4 - 0), approved.
Presentation and discussion of Financial Status Report by Jennifer Armstrong, CRDC Treasurer.
Ms. Jennifer Armstrong made a Financial Presentation to the Board and provided with updated
information.
Item 5:
Presentation of the Wagon Wheel Park Tennis Center Complex Master Plan by Brad Reid, Assist.
Director of Parks and Leisure Services, this presentation will include discussion of possible
funding participation.
Mr. Reid informed the Board about the plans for the new Tennis Center. There are approx.
$785,000.00 allocated to fund this project, this amount it's not enough to finish phase I; the total
cost changed due to the relocation of the Tennis Center, originally planned to be build at Andrew
Brown West Park to take advantage of the existing parking space and restroom facilities.
The City will bid eight courts with the option to award six courts. Staff also informed them that
might be asking for funds from the Corporation to help pay for parking and playground.
Item 6: Construction Project Update by John Elias, Park Planner and Landscape Manager.

Air Conditioner in concession will take a couple of weeks to be ready

Utilities are in
Parking Lot is finished
Grading three soccer fields
Irrigation will be in, in a couple of weeks
Trail System
Bridge it's the hold up on the trail that goes from Andrew Brown Central Park to
Andrew Brown East Park.
Bridge will be here in about four weeks
Entire Trail should be done in four to six weeks.
Aquatic and Recreation Center
Final payment has been done.
Mr. Ron Peck, moved to adjourn meeting.
