AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, APPROVING AND
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER, 1980
THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1981 PROVIDING THAT EXPENDITURES FOR SAID
FISCAL YEAR SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID BUDGET: AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Budget Officer of the City of Coppe]], Texas, has heretofore
p e ge City eove.ing the flscal year aforesaid, and
WHEREAS, the governing body of the City has this date concluded its public
hearing on said budget: NOW, THEREFO]~E:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CGPPELL,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That said budget be attached to this ordinance as Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof for a]] purposes.
SECTION 2. That said budget attached bereto as Exhibit "A" be, and the
same is hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 3. That subject to the above-mentioned amendments,
budget attached hereto as Exhibit "A" be, and the same is hereb~V aDDroved and adopted
by the Cit~ Council as the official bridget for the C~t~ for the fiscal ~ear
SECTION 4. That expenditures dur~n~ the risca} ~ear shall be ~8~e
