OR 153 Approves City budget for FY 10/1/75 - 09/30/76 ORDINANCE NO. 153
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, APPROVING
AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1,
1975, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1976; PROVIDING THAT EXPENDITURES FOR
SAID FISCAL YEAR SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID BUDGET,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Budget Officer of the City of Coppell,
· exas, has heretofore on the ~> day of ~/7 '
19 7~/, filed with the City Secretary, a proposed general
budget for the City covering the fiscal year aforesaid, and
WHEREAS, the governing body of the City has this
date concluded its public hearing on said budget, NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COPPELL, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.

Exhibit "A", be, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 3. That subject to the above mentioned
amendments, if any, said budget attached hereto as Exhibit
"A", be, and the same is hereby approved and adopted by the
City Council as the official budget for the City for the
fiscal year aforesaid.
SECTION 4. That expenditures

laws of the State of Texas, creates an urgency and an
