ORDINANCE GRANTING PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF LAND TO
COPPELL MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1
WHEREAS, the City of Coppell has received a Petition re-
questing that it consent to the annexation of land wholly within
its boundaries to Coppell Municipal Utility District No. 1, and
agreeing with respect to said land to abide by and adopt the
terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 128 of the City of Coppell;
and
WHEREAS, said Petition has been duly considered by the City
Council of the City of Coppell and it has been determined that
the granting of same is in the best interests of the City and the
District, and would be proper; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS:
1. That the Petition for the consent of th~ City of
Coppell to the annexation Of land to Coppell Municipal Utility
District, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto, be
and the same is hereby in all things granted and approved.
2. That said consent is granted Subject to the terms and
conditions of Ordinance No. 128 of the City of Coppell and any
exhibits attached thereto.

City of Coppell, Texas, cdnvened in meeting at the reg-
ular meeting place thereof, the meeting being open to the public
and notice of said meeting, giving the date, place and subject
thereof, having been posted as prescribed by Article 6252-17,
Section 3A, V.T.C.S., and the roll was called of the duly con-
stituted officers and methers of said City Council, which mem-
bers and officers are as follows, to-wit:

Whereupon, among other business, the following was transacted, to-
wit: a written Ordinance bearing the following caption was intro-
duced:

The Ordinance, a full, true and correct copy of which is
attached hereto, was read and reviewed by the City Council.

in effect imRadiately according to j_ts terms. The Mayor put the
motion to a vote of the members of the City Council, and the Or-
dinance was passed and adopted by the following vote:

NOES: None
The Mayor then declared the Ordinance passed and adopted, and
that he approved the same.
