OR 174 Approves City budget for FY 10/01/77 - 09/30/78 ORDINANCE NO. 174
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, APPROVING
AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1,
1977 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1978; PROVIDING THAT EXPENDITURES FOR
SAID FISCAL YEAR SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID BUDGET;
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Budget Officer of the City of Coppell,
Texas, has heretofore on the ,~'?~l.\ day of ~ ,
19~__, filed with the City Secretary, a proposed general
budget for the City covering the fiscal year aforesaid; and
WHEREAS, the governing body of the City has this
date concluded its public hearing on said budget; NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COPPELL, TEXAS:

SECTION 1. That said budget be attached to this
as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof for all
