Dist. 1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS ORDINANCE NO. 128A1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS APPROVING AND CONSENTING TO THE ANNEXATION OF LAND WITHIN THE CITY OF COPPELL BY THE COPPELL MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1; MAKING PROVISIONS RELATING THERETO AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. I~HEI~EAS, Coppell Municipal Utility District No. 1 bas been requested by the landowner to annex land ~dthin the City boundaries, which is described in Exhibit A attached hereto, and said District has determined it would be in the best interests of the District in its orderly development to annex said ]and; and WHEt{EAS, said District has requested the City Council to grant the City's consent and approval thereto, and the City Council has determined that said consent and approval should be granted; therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City of Coppe!] hereby grantes its approval and consent to Coppe]l Municipal Utility District No. I to annex the lan(~ described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof for ell ourposes. SECTION 2. That said consent an~ approval is ~'iven sub,eot to al) terms and conditions specified in the City's Ordinance No. 128, dated November 20, 1973, granting its consent and approval to the creation of the District. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage as the law in such eases provides.
