OR 122 Grants General Telephone Co. of the SW the right to charge certain rates to the residents of the City AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS ORDINANCE NO. 122 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, GRANTING GENERAL TELEPHONE COMPANY OF THE SOUTHWEST THE RIGHT, PRIVILEGE AND PERMIT TO PLACE INTO EFFECT CERTAIN RATES TO BE CHARGED TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY AND MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS THERETO. WHEREAS, General Telephone Company of the Southwest, in cooperation with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company furnishes Extended Area Service between cities within the Dallas Metropoli- tan Exchange; and WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the right of Gen- era] Telephone Company of the Southwest to earn a fair return in exchange for such service.
